Terms of Service

By accessing or using Looksforge ("the Service") at looksforge.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Looksforge is a face and body analysis platform that calculates attractiveness scores using facial landmarks and body proportions derived from photos you upload. The Service provides:

• Manual landmark placement — you click to place all measurement points on your uploaded photos
• Mathematical analysis of facial geometry and body proportions using geometric ratios computed from your placements
• Scoring across 6 pillars: Harmony, Dimorphism, Angularity, Features, Body, and PSL
• PSL score and tier classification based on computed metrics
• AI-assisted features assessment (skin, hair, eye quality) — the only use of AI in the scoring pipeline
• Downloadable improvement guide PDFs (purchased separately)
• Community features: score sharing, head-to-head comparison, and leaderboard
• Dashboard with analysis history and before/after tracking

Scores are mathematical outputs derived from geometric measurements and AI assessments. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Results should be interpreted as entertainment and personal interest only. Looksforge is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Looksforge. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

The Service is available worldwide except where prohibited by local law. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

To use Looksforge, you must create a free account. We offer multiple authentication methods including email-based sign-in and third-party sign-in providers.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication credentials and the email address associated with your account. Do not share login links or credentials with others.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. Accounts found doing so may be suspended without refund.

Looksforge offers digital products, purchased through our payment provider:

• Basic Guide — One-time purchase. Includes analysis credits and a downloadable PDF guide.
• Ultimate Bundle — One-time purchase. Includes additional analysis credits and an extended PDF guide.

All purchases are one-time payments processed through a third-party payment provider. Looksforge does not collect, store, or process payment card information. Key terms:

• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable local taxes
• All sales of digital products are final — see our Refund Policy
• Analysis credits are linked to your account and do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Guide PDFs are accessible immediately after purchase
• If you purchase with a different email than your Looksforge account, contact support to link the purchase

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with instant delivery and you agree to the payment provider's terms of service.

Every registered account receives one free analysis. Sign-up is free. The free analysis provides the same full scoring and metric breakdown as paid analyses. The personalised improvement plan is available only to guide purchasers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their explicit consent
• Upload photos of minors under any circumstances
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract scoring algorithms or data in bulk
• Use analysis results to harass, demean, bully, or harm any individual
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share guide PDFs without written permission
• Submit fraudulent purchase information or initiate illegitimate chargebacks
• Abuse rate limits or overwhelm the Service with automated requests
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or analysis results
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's security, infrastructure, or operations
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account without refund of any purchased credits.

Looksforge offers optional community features that allow you to share your analysis scores publicly. By choosing to share your scores, you agree to the following:

• Voluntary sharing: Sharing your scores to the community feed is entirely optional and requires your explicit action.
• Public visibility: Once shared, your scores, nickname, age, and any optional note will be visible to all users in the community feed, leaderboard, and may appear in head-to-head battle comparisons.
• Anonymous by default: Only your chosen nickname is displayed — no email, real name, or account details are shared publicly.
• No photo required: Score sharing does not require or upload any photo. Only metric data and the information you provide (nickname, age, note) are shared.
• Battle comparisons: By sharing your scores to the community, you consent to your entry being used in randomised head-to-head battle comparisons where other users vote based on metric data.
• Leaderboard inclusion: Shared scores may appear on the public leaderboard ranked by PSL score.
• Removal: You can request removal of your community entry at any time by contacting looksforge.com@gmail.com.
• No guarantee of accuracy: Community scores reflect each user's self-placed landmarks. We do not verify or validate the accuracy of shared scores.

By clicking "Share my results", you confirm that you have read and agree to these community sharing terms.

Our architecture is designed to minimise data retention:

• Analysis photos are processed in memory and discarded by default. If you opt in to save photos, they are stored securely and linked to your result. Only the front face photo is sent to the server for AI features assessment.
• Analysis results (scores, metrics, measurement coordinates, AI breakdown) are stored privately under your account for your dashboard history.
• Community photos are stored only if you explicitly choose to share them to the community gallery.

All content on Looksforge — including the scoring system, algorithms, guide PDFs, website design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Looksforge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide PDF for your own personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, upload to file-sharing services, or sell any portion of the guide.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo for analysis, you grant us a limited licence to process that photo to provide the analysis service. If you do not opt in to save photos, this licence terminates when processing completes. If you opt in to save photos, you grant us a licence to store them securely for your personal dashboard use until you request deletion.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• Facial and body analysis is a mathematical model based on geometric measurements — it is not a definitive or objective assessment of attractiveness
• We do not warrant that scores are accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Scores may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and landmark placement accuracy
• The Service is for personal interest and entertainment only — it is not medical, psychological, or professional advice
• The improvement protocols in our guides are informational only — consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any supplement, dietary, exercise, or procedural protocol
• We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of following any recommendations in our guides
• The Service may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions — we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Looksforge, its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any psychological distress, emotional harm, self-image issues, or decisions made based on score outputs
• Looksforge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Looksforge is not liable for any outcomes from following guide recommendations
• Looksforge is not liable for any damages arising from unauthorised access to your account or data
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is less

You use the Service at your own risk. By using Looksforge, you acknowledge that facial analysis scores are subjective mathematical outputs and agree not to hold the Service responsible for any negative emotional or psychological impact.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g. liability for fraud or wilful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Looksforge, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or share through the Service.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at looksforge.com@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all your data (account record, analysis history, community entries) will be permanently removed.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Unused analysis credits on terminated accounts are forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under applicable arbitration rules. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or representative action.

For EU residents: nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. You may also raise disputes through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Looksforge regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
