Refund Policy

All purchases on Looksforge are for digital products with instant delivery. Products include analysis credits and downloadable guide PDFs. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to all digital content included in your order.

Because our products are digital goods with instant delivery, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, the full digital value (PDF guide access and analysis credits) has been delivered immediately.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate delivery and you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.

We will consider refund requests only in the following situations:

• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error
• Product not delivered: If you did not receive access to the guide PDF or analysis credits after purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
• Unauthorised purchase: If a purchase was made without your authorisation (subject to verification)

Refund requests must be submitted to looksforge.com@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address used for purchase and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

The following do not qualify for a refund: dissatisfaction with analysis scores, disagreement with scoring methodology, failure to read this policy before purchasing, change of mind after purchase, or inability to use the Service due to factors outside our control.

For consumers in the European Union: under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content supplied immediately upon purchase, this right of withdrawal is waived when you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right. By completing a purchase on Looksforge, you provide this consent. If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, please contact us or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Looksforge does not collect, store, or process payment card information. If you have a billing question, please contact us at looksforge.com@gmail.com before contacting your card issuer.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service or your purchase after payment, contact us at looksforge.com@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue, including:

• Helping you access your purchased guide
• Linking your purchase to your Looksforge account if emails don't match
• Restoring analysis credits if they were incorrectly consumed due to a server error

Technical issues that can be resolved by our support team do not qualify for a refund.

Please contact us at looksforge.com@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are responsive and will work to resolve any legitimate concern quickly.

Filing a chargeback for a valid digital purchase that was delivered as described constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your Looksforge account, forfeiture of all remaining analysis credits, and revocation of access to all purchased digital content.
